We offer our agents access to our online reporting system, to log onto, at their convenience for daily updated progress reports. In addition SMS notifications are sent when important milestones are achieved as well as a weekly email report. However, we are always only a phone call away if you need a human to interface with!
On the marketing side, we offer our agents access to technology that will give you an innovative edge in the industry, such as Virtual staging of empty Show properties and Matterport 3D mapping software. Through our associated partners we offer access to professional property photography and videography. We also offer access to social media management and content creation with associated industry specialists, to help maximize marketing exposure for property listings. We facilitate additional website listings for extra marketing exposure, in selected estates located in and around the Midrand area.
If you require assistance in structuring a deal, special clause wording, or addendums to the OTP, or any other complication that may occur during the transfer process, we are available to assist, including helping find the household cat a new home if needs be!
