Ters Roscher obtained his B. Proc degree at the Rand Afrikaans University in Johannesburg and was admitted as a practising attorney in 1997.
Ters Roscher further completed a conveyancing course with the Transvaal Law Society in 1998 and completed an Advanced Property Practice Diploma through the CPMD in 2001. After gaining experience as a director in RCNM Attorneys for 12 years, he then established his own dynamic firm in 2009. He has gained extensive experience in property development, from initial identification of land for development, town planning and rezoning, township establishment, opening of Sectional title registers and proclamation process and Homeowners and Body Corporate establishment with CSOS registration, for more than 30 developments over the last 25 years.
Ben Botes was a director of Roscher Botes Inc for more than 10 years and we still enjoy a close working relationship with his current firm BMH Attorneys.
The professional staff of Roscher Botes Inc, includes Monique Oosthuizen, as a senior associate and very experienced Conveyancer and Notary Public. She was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary in 2004, after obtaining her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2001 and her MBA degree from Regent University, USA in 2013 . She lectured at the Centre for Conveyancing Practice & Centre for Legal Compliance (Gawie le Roux) where she researched, compiled seminar notes and presented country wide (SPLUMA for the City of Tshwane and SPLUMA for the City of Johannesburg during 2016).
Gordon Nokhanda completing his articles with Roscher Inc, before joining us as a practicing attorney and associate, in 2017, focusing on liquidations and civil litigation.
The conveyancing department is further assisted by Piet Hatting, with more than 30 years deeds office experience.
